HAPPEE BIRTHDAE HARRY !
breathe and read are summer mottos
LOVE this book so far. Only on chapter two, so I‘ll see how it goes, but it starts off strong.
my slowest read of the summer but that‘s just because I‘m enjoying the sun and living in a beach town ☀️
good lunch and a good book.

this book is and will be so important for people who identify as nonbinary.

this weekend I told myself that i would finish my reread of this series. i was a bit worried that i would eventually be like, “meh i know this story” and lose interest bUT!! that!! didn‘t!! happen!!
successfully read half of one book and three full books in two days. wowza.
i have so much love for this series
“Ronan,” Noah said, “I have a super bad feeling.”
“It‘s called being dead,” Ronan replied.
“That‘s the sort of joke that‘s only funny if you‘re alive.”
“Good thing I am.”

i love these characters.
1. Currently on Blue Lily, Lily Blue of my reread of TRC.

So good. No joke. But I read all four of these books on my nook within two days years ago and now they blend together in my mind (and don‘t even seem real) so I want to reread them.
took advantage of that 40% off 👀 for physical copies. between bookcon and employee appreciation, my haul this month is gonna be so big.
#BookCon haul day one.
I got a few books I could read for my #pridemonth challenge and a few others that I just couldn‘t refuse. Plus hand painted chocolate. And socks.
How wonderful.
Pride month is coming up, so I‘m devoting June to reading only LGBTQIA! My goal is to read at least 15, as I am currently in the middle of both CC‘s newer novels.
I‘m happily surprised to find out that there were a lot of new releases this year, especially in YA!
I just finished this one. It was beautiful, at times very sad and troubling, but ended hopeful. 4/5 stars.
This was my first read. Started early.
#pridemonth
On my breaks from calc final prep, I‘ve been reading 10 pages from this book. It‘s the #Malec we deserved so far.
Also the show is ending was so bittersweet 💕🙃
catch me buying another copy because I‘ll ruin this one

I‘ve got the flu, folks. The medicine was back ordered, but I‘m on it now. Between the flu and college, I‘m STILL reading this book. I hope to have it done by the time the elder scrolls come out. I‘ve been watching the show to keep me in the mood to read.
But I‘ve also been writing!! I‘ve written two books in my life, but I don‘t plan to do anything with them. Fun outlet though!!
Happy surprise birthday to me!!
My mom and my boyfriend teamed up to throw me a 25th birthday party. The theme was “I‘m not wine-ing about being 25!” This was my cake.

Maggie is on my list to meet, so I‘m tagging her book. Don‘t mind me.
BOOK CON???
Anyone going to NYC‘s #BookCon this year?
And if anyone has been to it in the past, is it any good?
busy week folks.
started a new semester Monday (last one before i transfer to my final academic home) and spent the last part of the week in a rainy NYC, visiting central park and jazz clubs and lush (🤷♀️).
YES I AM still reading this book. It‘s difficult because I was so hyped for it and so far it‘s underwhelming. For a final book, there seems to be a lot of building. I‘m hoping i hit like p400 and it starts to take off!
I‘m only on chapter 12 of an freaking 800+ page book. I do very much hope it gets better because one relationship is feeling a bit like fanfare and the rest of the novel has been an underwhelming conclusion thus far.
Been up since about 5 in the morning, but having a quiet night in because I‘m taking a week for mental health. Absolutely done with my adulthood duties for the day. Gonna knock out a good amount of this before I pass out.
Praying for a nasty snow day so I can stay inside and also do very little but get some reading and writing done tomorrow. #newjersey snow please
💕
bit of a weekend. got to see the play the day before it closed and got to visit the bookstore one last time before it goes into storage for a little bit.
I grabbed some (hopefully helpful) goodies, as one of my resolutions is to get back in touch with my writing.
fun fact: before I switched to accounting, I was a creative writing major! big change but i wasn‘t happy writing for a grade.
I think I‘ll stay keepin my theatre minor though.
💕
Much like Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda, I didn‘t know this book was becoming a movie and was pleasantly surprised when I found out, but I couldn‘t really recall it until I saw a specific scene in the movie and was like “ah yes.”
I remember liking the book far better than liking the movie! Which isn‘t rare for most YA, but is kinda a rare for contemporary YA fiction. No slight to the actors though. I love them. Just love the book a bit more.
getting my boyfriend to become a reader is a great accomplishment of mine.
My most anticipated release of 2018. I waited all year for you and look at the size of you! 800+ pages. I cannot wait.
Next Shadowhunter series in 5 months! Yay!!
Side note: CC will have me reading well into my 30s if she keeps continuing on with characters. 😩🤷♀️
