These are some interesting facts. Bit of surprise but good to see Indians taking their reading habit seriously.

Listening to the tagged book, however, I have already read it. I really enjoy walking around the #brahmasarovar lake, the central stage of epic #mahabharata. Also, visited the Mahabharata theme based Panorama museum at Kurukshetra.

"There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory which states that this has already happened."
I was reluctant to start this series owing to its ginormous size but I find it really interesting and captivating.

From spending childhood in foster care to becoming a famous comedian/actor, she has been through many difficult situations in her life. But she always sees the positive in it. She is hilarious, witty, smart badass with a great sense of humour and infectious smile. I really loved this book and her storytelling was amazing. I recommend listening audiobook instead of reading the book. 💚💚
I have just started reading this book and already loving it. I didn't expect a story about an ice hockey could be so captivating. 💚
⭐⭐⭐⭐
It's all about geopolitics. It describes the role of geography in determining cooperation, progress and political behaviour. Due to its unique writing style it's easy to read and understand. However, more emphasis has been given on the defense and security of a nation vis-a-vis its geographical location. Overall, it's a interesting book and you should read if you are interested in world geopolitics.

Thanks @hermyknee
One more thing I've observed in the #bookslumpblues posts that most of the littens are introvert. So can we make a rule here: "Book lovers are often introvert or vice-versa" but of course, with a diverse personality traits.

Finally, finished this book and really loved it. I liked the way he explained his struggles and problems with a sense of humour. Him being a coloured child is the dominating theme of the book which sometimes seems repetitive but he really knows how to make it interesting and humorous. Overall, this was an interesting read filled with inspiration.
Hogwarts is one of my favourite fictional places. It's a fun game. Let me know what book universe do you belong in?

I haven't been reading books lately and that sucks! 🙁 But that can't stop me from buying books and that's how I compensate. That's right, I enjoy buying books.📚 These are some of my great hauls of this month. 📚📚📚 I really like non-fiction. I hope I can read some this weekend.

Wow! I really love the cover design and colour of this book.📖 I usually read on kindle but I want to read this one in paperback. 💚💚📚
Very true! And common in developing countries. In #India, you would find imitated products of almost all big international shoe and apparel brands and difference is so subtle that it's hard to notice at first sight. Interesting fact, ...once I bought adadis shoes and very few could notice the difference.
Have anyone ever had such experience?

Just started reading #Bornacrime by Trevor Noah and I'm enjoying it....hilariously true.
It's been more than 2000 years, but teachings of Bhagavad-Gita is still relevant. In fact, it's a part of our daily life. 📖

Welcome to Litsy @Kajolrup , I hope you will love it here! 🎉📖🎉📖. @ariannalovesbooks showed me #LitsyWelcomeWagon , to welcome new littens and also introduced me to @Chelleo and @RaimeyGallant , who are really helpful to new littens. Plz, check them out.
When I buy books it's hard to stop after 1 book. Today, I wanted to buy just one book and I ended up buying 9 books instead.

Finally finished reading #Alchemist, which has been in my library for long. I really loved the story especially the conversations of the boy with a king, a merchant, an Englishman and an Alchemist. Overall, the author manages to keep the interest of readers alive throughout the story. I also loved the book for its inspirational quotes and so many life lessons. Next in line is #Origin by #DanBrown
Being afraid is not a solution to any problem. There are so many life lessons in a single book. I'm really enjoying #Alchemist
While reading #TheAlchemist, I found one line very familiar which has the exact same meaning as a famous dialogue from a Bollywood movie #OmShantiOm. This is the line.. ?
"And, When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it."
Yes, this line originally appeared in the book then became famous in a Bollywood movie.???
#Amitavghosh explains the impact of global warming in very simple way and with the examples which are very much relatable to the common people's daily life.
Extreme weather events and changing climatic situations of our earth are the major areas of concern and require immediate attention.
Although nothing new has been said by the author but it force us to think seriously about climate change.
I believe that I am relatively familiar with history of human kind. But this book is completely different. The book is written very beautifully, easy to understand and expalins history with different perspective which made me think about my knowledge of history.
I completely loved this book and can't wait to read the next book of this series #Homodeus.
Everyone should read this book.
"You are more likely to learn something by finding surprises in your own behavior than by hearing surprising facts about people in general."
