I've been reading but absent from Litsy and have missed this wonderful community of readers! Hello again!! I am taking some time to work on me. This is one of my current reads and I am really enjoying it.
pickThe first pages of this book read as if it had been recently written. It really shows how much we have not learned from our past. It shows the ugly that can happen if people do not learn how to come together. It shows the stupid things people do when they are afraid especially when they are afraid of someone different from them. But it also shows the good, the love, the laughter, the connections that can be made when people come together.

I am finally to this book on my TBR! I have heard so many great things about this book!
So I have decided that I like audio books! I have a 30 minute commute to work each day, so I started listening to the book instead of the radio. I knew my limits at home, and would read the book instead of listening to the audio. Worked out great for me. I'm sure some of you all have been doing this for a while- I'm just a little late to the show lol! But I did enjoy this book much better than the Host. It was a surprisingly good read!
Giving audio books another try. I usually end up falling asleep when listening to one. Hopefully I will be more successful this time lol!

I watched the first two episodes of the series based on this book at the beginning of the year and got hooked. The episodes were not moving fast enough for me so I just had to go purchase the book lol. I NEED to know the answers to the questions I have! 🤓
My $4 haul today from a local book fair/fundraiser to support literacy programs. I kinda got stuck in the comic book section lol!
After- 582 pages, After We Collided-671 pages, After We Fell-834 pages. Books 1-3 of the series that sucked me in while reading chapter 1. I have books 4 and 5 left, 500 and 336 more pages until the end. 2,923 total pages. I feel like Count from Sesame Street Lmbo! 😂📚
Getting some reading in while at the doctor with my daughter. This has been a very good read so far! It has definitely given me a desire to learn more about Black Widow and her back story!

I finally finished reading Good Omens last night, which I started back in October😣. I have just had so much going on and many very long days that did not allow much reading time-but that is almost over! My reading game plan for today is to start Kindred on my lunch break today. I have always enjoyed reading fairy tales and fables. This graphic novel series has been a very enjoyable read! I must say the Big Bad Wolf, aka Bigby, has become my favorite character. I have even started playing the game based off of him called "The Wolf Among Us" ?
