This is an accurate portrayal of what it's like to be a teenager in 2018. I don't think parents realize how prevalent sexual harrassment is in schools. Teachers don't care. All the topics and issues raised in this book are spot on. Harrington didn't polish the edges off adolescence in this novel to make a main character we'd love, and I respect that. This is an average teen girl. She can be irritating, but we all know we've been her at one point.

Unreadable. I feel as interesting as the plot is the execution of this was horrible. I can't imagine anyone enjoying this. Nothing to do with the writing style either because I loved Choke by him. This was scattered, repetitive and seemed like something he puked up to meet his deadline. I'm shocked this was even published.

Had a few interesting twists I didn't see but overall teen bopperish. I wouldn't mind reading the next in the series.

Read this over the long weekend. A bit funny and mysterious but overall didn't hold my attention. While it wasn't my cup of tea, I must say I didn't expect a book to talk so explicitly about sex given the period it was written in especially by a female author. Shows how ignorant I am to history! Not my favorite classic humor but still readable.

Predictable at every turn but not a bad summer read. Most people enjoyed this and it is well written. Morton definitely researched and spent a lot of time with each character.

Trilogy told in five parts. Currently almost finished the second book. This is hilarious and again another book that people of all ages and demographics have all enjoyed. Who's your favorite character? Mine is Marvin - unfortunately we share the same dismal outlook on life 😂
