I am between level 1 and 2 of knitting addiction. I will never pass up a book store. 😀 #knittersoflitsy
I've decided that from now on every day is Champagne Thursday.🍷
"Admittedly, if you think about it from the non Knitters point of view, the statement "I play with string for several hours a day and never tire of it" does sound as if you're touched."
I'm feeling very scattered today. I've changed books 4 times and just had to frog my hat because I made a mistake IN ROW 3!?Then I discovered that this delightful book came off hold for me so, I'm switching books again.

On making button bands for cardigans
Applies to crochet tools too, of course.
The cool thing about not reading is that I‘m knitting again. When I was on prescribed psychiatric medications, I lost a lot of my creativity and since being off of meds now for 14 months, those sparks of creativity have returned. #knittery #mentalhealth
I know there are lots of crafters on Litsy. Has anyone organized a crafting/ reading swap? I‘ve never done a swap before but I would be all in on that one!
The unexpected and appreciated weekend of cold weather has kicked me into craft mode hardcore. Reading took a back seat to knitting. Off to a slow and steady start to a stash busting beekeeper quilt.
Thinking about knitting socks.... If you are a knitter, go buy this book. It is my most-used reference book for knitting.

I love nights with family, friends and animals, especially when I get to be crafty as well. I'm about halfway done with this oversized scarf. 😁😍

A booster shot of enthusiasm for knitting from an obsessive knitter, this book manages to remain approachable for novices while dispensing advice for all levels. I almost believe socks are possible!
