How adorable!! My kids love this book and the cartoon. We sponsor many animals through WWF this is a must for our book and animal loving home 🐯😍☕ #childrens #tiger #wwf #tea #teacup #classic

hannah-leeloo The money goes towards helping the WWF double the amount of tigers there are left. You can also order an adorable tiger teddy 😍🐯📖 happy reading and weekend everyone 3y

Oh, one of my absolute favorite books as a child.
My girl and I happened across it in a store yesterday and I finally decided to buy it for us.
We read it together tonight and it brought back so many wonderful memories and feelings about the lovely (and a bit scary) tiger who ate them out of house and home!
I remember feeling the worry that that would happen to me and what would my Mum say about that! Oh the worries of a child.

Cupcake12 I love this book too! Both my girls grew up with this book. In the UK, they‘ve made an adaption for tv too x 5y
Curiouser_and_curiouser @Cupcake12 Oh lovely! Lucky girls 🐯 Yes, there are a lot of books my girls have grown up with on our shelf from my childhood but I've never owned this one, although we borrowed it a few times from the library. Actually a couple of years ago we went to visit the new Children's Hospital (in Melbourne, where we live) and there's a giant statue of this Tiger from the book there! We got a few photos of our girls in front of it. Love him 😊 5y

There was a baby sale on today (they weren't selling actual babies, don't worry!) and I picked up four more books for Celia. Yes, she already had a TBR stack when she was born 😂

Erofan Ah, this is such a cute book! 😍 It's great that you take seriously what the baby will read! 6y
zsuzsanna_reads @Erofan at this stage I feel I'm buying the books more for me than for her :-) I got Where's My Ladybird because she really loves 6y

Noah‘s #edbookfest book haul - he‘s already kind of over picture books but he chose these and I couldn‘t resist buying them. Some are simply stunning in their illustrations. :) #raisingreaders

Sarah83 What did you buy? 😂😂😂 6y
johnnie_cakes Otto the Book Bear is one of my favorite picture books. I was gutted to learn it‘s out of print now. 6y
