So last week I forgot to post, so this week I'm posting a little early. Both weeks have been about the same. I've met my step quota and I really enjoy keeping up with my art quota. I discovered a color by number app on my iPad which is quite addicting. I'm 4/15 on books. And my meditation has been going well. A pretty good two weeks.

Working hard not to look like peanut! 😂😂😂. I don‘t know how I did this week because I didn‘t keep track. I did lose another pound so I am 6lbs down. I did go over 11,000 steps every day but yesterday. Have no idea how many books I read... I read a bunch. I started using my 8 fit app again. It's good for a short intense workout plus warmup and cooldown. Also stationary bikes can be very boring. I finished Evan Tree Nymphs Get the Blues. It was a cute/cheesy little romance book. It was also my 11th book for #BFC 😺

I‘m so late with this #checkin. I hope that when we start round 2 it‘ll be easier for me to remember to post 😔.
So I didn‘t reach my step goal, which I knew was going to happen. We are off for the summer so I don‘t walk around at work anymore, but I‘m not really upset about it. I decided that my first week off I would relax and regroup. I also started to do 10min morning yoga and 10min bedtime yoga. My legs definitely have been feeling it. 👇🏽

#30daysofreadathon Day 12: Exercise
I try to fit reading time wherever I can, and while exercising is no exception. Utilizing paperclips and rubberbands I MacGyver'd a mount for my kindle on top of the elliptical's itty bitty readout screen. Increase the font size a bit, and its easy to exercise without halting a #readathon!
I personally consider reading, book shopping, visiting the library, and all possible book related activities as #exercise I‘m not sure if that‘s how it really works. I have a couple do ebooks on yoga and finding zen, as well as one on changing how you think (I guess that could be considered exercising your brain). #30daysofreadathon
