It was hard to do but I finally narrowed down the list of books I read in 2018 to just my favorites. Looking at this selection I think it is pretty obvious what my genre(s) of choice tend to be. 🤔😂

Drum Roll.....

And now for my FAVORITES of 2018.

I probably could put my entire year as favorites, but since even the standard TEN is too difficult to choose, I am going to go with EIGHTEEN for 2018.

Thank you to all authors and publishers!!

Have you read any of these books?

Any of them a favorite?

SilversReviews @Ms.Story I hope you do get to read it...her books are VERY good. Thanks for commenting. 6y
Crazeedi I have read a couple of these, but now I need CV to check out these for my tbr pile! Thanks for your reviews, they are very helpful! 6y

SilversReviews @Crazeedi You are welcome. Glad my reviews help. May I know who or what CV is? 😊 Thanks for commenting. 6y
sblbooks I love this idea! I have not read any of these, but will add some to my TBR stack. 6y
SilversReviews @sblbooks Enjoy the ones you decide to read. Reviews are on my blog - http://silversolara.blogspot.com Some won‘t be reviewed until January, though. Thanks for commenting. 6y
CouronneDhiver Lying in Wait was the best thriller I‘ve read in years... I think I read it in 2017 with @guinsgirlreads 6y
SilversReviews @CouronneDhiver Oh....so it wasn‘t a 2018 release. I didn‘t know that. It was my first book by Liz Nugent and LOVED it. Thanks for commenting. 6y
guinsgirlreads That was a fun time! I haven‘t done a buddy read since 😞🙃 6y
SilversReviews @guinsgirlreads Buddy reads are fun. I did one with a friend for DREAMS OF FALLING by Karen White. 6y
guinsgirlreads @SilversReviews they are! That‘s the only one on here that I‘ve done. 6y

This book has been on my TBR. A favorite book that really spoke to me is The Boys in the Boat. It‘s such an inspirational true story and I love to recommend it. #FavoriteBookGiveaway

3) To the Lighthouse
4) A Darker Shade of Magic

I don't know who started this, but good on you! 👏👏

1. Pachinko - Min Jin Lee
2. Laini Taylor
3. Moby-Dick - Herman Melville
4. The Daughter of Smoke and Bone trilogy - Laini Taylor
5. Don't do this to me... if you make me, I'm going with the UK hardback of Homegoing - Yaa Gyasi
6. Tin Man - Sarah Winman
7. Asking for it - Kate Hardinge

#7GoodThings

BarbaraBB Moby Dick... still on my TBR as well. Did you like it? 7y
Kalalalatja @BarbaraBB not really. I skipped over a lot of the stuff about whales as animals, and focused on the "story" chapters. It was still pretty boring, in my opinion... 7y
BarbaraBB I supposed so...not looking forward to it but it is on the list of 1001 books 7y

Elisa Yessss we have the same answers to 1 & 4!! I am currently trying to recover from the book hangover I got from the trilogy, which is completely awesome 😍 7y
OrangeMooseReads Moby Dick is a tough one, congratulations on finishing it. (edited) 7y
