Olivia Coleman is everything! She portrayed Phoebe Waller Bridge's stepmom/Godmother in the series Fleabag. Funny and cringeworthy, the kind of stepmom that makes you grind your teeth 😬 😬😬

Just unbelievably perfect. Funny, sharp, awkward, heartbreaking, gut wrenching. Anything that can make me laugh out loud, and ugly cry is a total winner for me. It‘s all the things, all the feels. Phoebe is a goddess. 💕

One of my favourite women at the moment is obviously #PhoebeWallerBridge 🥰 I think she‘s a genius and has created some of the most incredible female characters! I can‘t wait to see what she‘s done with James Bond when the new film finally comes out 😍 #InternationalWomensDay

I actually ended up reading 5 books in January with one word titles! Loved them all except Sourdough, which was just a so-so for me...
Hard to pick a favorite, but if I had to, I‘d have to pick Fleabag, because I think Phoebe is a bit of a genius!💕

A great start to the year!

- completed Lisa Jewell for B&N bookclub. Not groundbreaking but fun page-turner.
- read the original Fleabag play. Lots of great background stuff from Phoebe about how the character came about. Loved it!
- Backman novella for #authoramonth which hit very close to home. #infinitetissueread 😢
- Still working on my Gentleman in Moscow audio!
- Started The Lover in print, and Twenty-One truths on kindle.👍

Kicked off the year with this little gem... This special edition features not only the original play, first performed in it‘s entirety at the Edinburgh festival, but also lots of extra content. This gives amazing insight into ‘Fleabag‘ the character, Phoebe‘s creative process, and her philosophy in writing for an audience, and the feelings and reactions she seeks. Snarky, filthy, funny and ultimately touching, I‘m genuinely in awe of her genius.

I am so excited!!! Fleabag is one of my favourite things ever and I absolutely love Phoebe Waller-Bridge

When you go back to work full-time after 4 1/2 years and you‘re exhausted because you kinda know the industry you‘re in but you kinda don‘t so there‘s a learning curve - and on your first day, you find THIS waiting for you from your BFF - who also held my hand this entire year while I looked for job. I wish everyone could have a @MicheleinPhilly in their life. Friendship is also a love story. ❤️
