Finished this one up on the way to visit my ma today and this series just keeps going downhill for me. I'm going to try the prequel novels but this one just didn't do it for me much.

So this isn‘t about the book itself, it‘s actually about the movie. So I was watching it today, and I realized something, if you take certain parts of the whole movie series, and combine them, it could be like a short horror film.
A spectacular book, that 100% is worth the hype. The end sort of ends in a cliffhanger, but not so much that you‘re like, OMG, what happens, and then you get super mad when there‘s not a fourth book. It was so sad, and I loved it! I almost cried in class when I retracted the infamous page 250. It was a great ending to an amazing series, and I loved it all. James Dashner write to prequels, and I might get in those soon. Loved it 🥰
Wow... I am starting to feel like this book is 100% death and 0% cure. I really wanted to post the letter that newt wrote but it was too many words so I couldn‘t. I am so sad that newt dies and I had to reread that page a few times to process it.😠Just wanted to say that James Dashner could be in potential danger by the fandom. 😈
I am not going to spoil but I just wanted to say that I reached the infamous page 250 in school and almost had a breakdown in class... it really was never underrated... 😞😢
“Woman up!â€
I think this was an awesome quote by Dashner because of all the great women.
A great book! The storyline is well thought-out. Characters have good development. There is bit too much fighting for my taste, but I'll have to forgive the writer for that. I won't read any pre- of sequels anymore. The story ends here for me. I'm glad I read (listened to) this series!

âï¸ âï¸ âï¸ The end of the maze runner trilogy , Dashner definitely redeemed himself from the scorch trials which just lost me which is why I think it took me so long to pick this up again and actually when I did I couldn‘t put it down towards the end. Loved the characters , there was a few heart wrenching moments. Still unanswered questions but I‘m guessing they are in the prequel.

When you can't sleep might as well read a book right? I wanted to finish the last of the books I started this month so I could start fresh on the 1st.
This book is about some smart teenagers who are trying to get through a maze, but there is a disease going around that would make people them lose their minds and go crazy, then end up dying. Some, who are really smart were immune to the disease, thus they kept them in a room to monitor how they would act in order that they might be able to make a cure for it.
If you like books that are science fiction and adventurous this book is full of that.
This is the 3rd book in the Maze Runner series. The book follows Thomas and his friends trying to take down WICKED once and for all. WICKED promises Thomas that they are close to a cure for the Flare Virus, but he doesn't trust them. Thomas has to team up with former enemies and witness the deaths of a few of his friends. The book is action-packed and fast-paced. If you like books that are about action, a dystopian future, and shady companies,
Such a good finale to a great series. I loved the continuous action and mystery to these books, especially this last one! I really enjoyed the character development, and how the characters interacted with each other, especially the friendships. I loved the plot twists, and the constant edge of your seat feel to it. The pace was fast and the book was way to short for how well written it was. Such an enjoyable series for any fans of dystopian.
“KILL ME!†And then Newt‘s eyes cleared, as if he‘d gained one last trembling gasp of sanity, and his voice softened. “Please Tommy Pleaseâ€
With his heart falling into a black abyss, Thomas pulled the trigger.
When i was watching the movies, i did not know lynn from insurgent and brenda from the maze runner were played by the same person
I loved the book up until the ending. I was really upset when Teresa died because I felt that Thomas and her story wasn‘t ready to end. Their story wasn‘t even close to finished and I would have loved to more of Thomas and Teresa because they were both such a huge part of the story. Over all I really enjoyed the series and I give it a 9/10.
I rate this book a 10/10 because of how engaging it was and how it concluded the trilogy. I loved the new characters in this book and how they carried the story, I also enjoyed the resolution and how everything played out in the end. I was satisfied with the ending and think the series couldn't have gone much better.
Summary: Thomas now leads his companions to their most daring mission yet that will finally let out his prisoner friends out from this labyrinth that is considered one of the worst mazes to be in, which is the legendary city of the WCKD. Anyone who makes it alive will be awarded answers of the maze that all of them wanted from the start of this journey.

How did you choose this book: Maze Runner book series.
âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ 5 /5 stars These poor kids went through hell and back, but I enjoyed this conclusion to the series. Definitely a bittersweet ending for my guy, Thomas, but I was satisfied with the decisions made. Now on the the prequels
Ready to get some answers in this third installment of the Maze Runner series ðŸƒðŸ½â€â™‚ï¸
Happy independent bookstore day!
Just saw the movie for this book that I read a couple years ago, and I gotta say that after the first film, the book series and the movies become COMPLETELY OPPOSITE from each other! Other than highlighting the characters who die, the movie plot is nothing like the books. But it was fun to watch anyway so whatever.
This finally became available at the library and I watched it last night. So good. ðŸ˜
I immediately put all the Maze Runner books on hold. 📚 I'm hoping the books are just as good or better than the movies. 🤞
This is one of the best books I've read, it's honestly made me feel too much, with deaths, betrayals, and unexpected returns. This is one of my favorites and I highly recommend it. The death of Newt was the most painful I cried for hours, but I surpassed it or so I think. Read it! It's beautiful and worth it like the other two.
This book is so good, my favorite from the series so far. My only problem is that I have the version that has movie pictures in it and they‘re from all over in the book so mild spoilers in the pictures.
Finally able to watch it. As awesome as the book. 5/5 âââââ to both!

"A few minutes went by in silence as they stared at the vanishing light of day, the sky and water going from orange to pink to purple, then dark blue".
Even though I started reading the books after watching the movies I enjoyed the story just the same.
But let me ask you this - are you telling me that the lives of a few aren't worth losing to save countless more? (...) It's a very old axiom, but do you believe the end can justify the means? When there's no choice left?
Who else has seen The Death Cure?
I read the books years ago, but I can still recognize the enormous difference between the book and adaptation.
It was different, there were some plot holes, but I still enjoyed it heaps, and I'm amazed at how the cast was able to pull it off!
S P O I L E R:
Even when page 250 played out on screen. 😢 I am still broken.
I am so excited for the movie release! The maze runner movies did not exactly follow the books but it was pretty accurate compared to movies that did worse. Can't wait to see it! Has anyone yet?📽
😢😢 #rereadingthedeathcure #ilovenewt
Im not even on this part but i just stumble on it. And its just so sad.
To be honest I feel like this novel was a little worse than the second book in the series, although it was still a good read. By the end of the novel everyone the main character trusts, besides Minho and Brenda, are dead, having succumbed to the scorch and other gruesome deaths. The ending is unexpected, but has a good sense of closure.
I struggled between Pick and So-So with this book. The series itself is a Pick. This book (the last in the series) was kind of blah. There was too much talking and whining about the Flare itself but not a lot of action until the last 10 chapters. I felt that the end goal wasn‘t quite there when the series started, only battling the current issues as they came but not the big picture. Besides the lull, I‘d still read and recommend this book/series.
Not only did Dashner keep you at the edge of the seat until the end, but he provided a great ending to the series! A lot of twists and turn and a lot of sorrow for who doesn‘t make it. However, it gets you excited and slightly in hopes that there might be a continuation! #GladersCanDream. All in all, an excellent read!
Finished death cure! I've now finished the whole series (the first book was definitely my favorite, with this book second and scorch trials last). They navigated deaths and friendships really well, but it seemed like they didn't know how to end it, so they spun it really obscurely. I probably would have written the same thing in their place, but it seems like the writer stuck himself in a corner.
