Cryptid Club by Sarah Andersen is a collection of the most adorable and funny comics about cryptids. A true joy from start to finish. I know I will be picking this one up time and time again when I need a laugh.

Such a fun collection of not-so-spooky spooks!

Absolutely adorable, can't pick a favourite comic from the collection, there were so many! I appreciate the colour theme: lots of bubble gum pink and rich purples amped the 'creatchur but not threatening' vibes.

This was a cute and very fast read. There‘s no plot, but lots of single page spreads with a silly visual joke or pun, featuring adorable illustrations of classic monsters of lore. I‘ll post a few of the pages I took screenshots of next!

This is also a perfect option to pick up if you‘re looking for something spooky themed, but don‘t want to be #scared.

I love Andersen‘s slice of life comics and this was fun filled with fantastical creatures like the Loch Ness Monster, Aliens and ghosts, perfect for the season. However I only got a couple of chuckles and I didn‘t find this one as charming as her other books.
