No a new book but new to me because I haven‘t read it☺️An oldie in my tbr. I will see how many of the books Im posting (unread) I read at the end of the year. That sounds like a reading challenge 📚🤗

“Missing“ by Kelley Armstrong opens with the disappearance of a teenage girl named Wendy. The story is set in the small town of Rockton, where Casey Duncan, a homicide detective, has fled to escape her troubled past. When the town's sheriff asks for Casey's help in finding Wendy, she agrees to assist with the search. As Casey and the sheriff delve deeper into the investigation, they discover that Wendy is not the only person who has gone missing.
Not book related but I just wanted to apologise for being absent over the last six weeks or so. One of my best friends lost his battle with cancer and the weeks before and after we‘re very hard. I struggled to engage with anything and Litsy took a little more concentration than I had. But I am slowly reaching back out and engaging so hopefully you will see more of me again!

So. I‘ve been MIA. My dad is going through wound care at the moment to deal with an issue caused by diabetes, so I‘ve been taking care of him. Between that, work, and trying to get my ducks in a row to go back to school... I haven‘t been reading much! I‘m hoping to start a new book today, and really just wanted to wave and say “Hi, hello, I‘m still alive!”
pickDelicious thriller of a book! Although YA it kept me guessing until the very end! I really enjoyed the characters and storyline.
No book related, but spring has gone missing in Alberta! Has not been seen for over a month, if found please tell it to come back ASAP!!!
pickI loved this book. I've been in a bit of a reading slump for the past two weeks and I've found it hard to get into or finish anything and this book succeeded in finally pulling me out of it I think. This is a ya thriller and it kept me on the edge of my seat. I couldn't put it down and read the whole thing in one sitting. I didn't see the ending coming a mile away and I just really loved it!
This book is seriously creeping me out and I love it
pickAnother great read by Kelley. Juno and I finished it while chilling outside on our gorgeous day off. This book has a great main character with a good head on her shoulders. It kept you guessing until the very end. #kelleyrocksYA #corgichilling

pickBook 35. Another winner by Kelley Armstrong. She on my always buy list. The twist was a bit predictable (but might not be to a younger reader) but in my mind everything she writes is gold.

Awww yeah! Kelley's coming to town! My sister and I do author road trips and it's always a wonderful time. We usually take the day or the afternoon off and spend hours hanging in a bookstore, drinking Starbucks and figuring out what we're going to ask the author. pickAn exciting standalone YA thriller from one of my favorite authors! Engaging plot and likable characters! The pages fly by quickly! But be warned- there is dog violence along with violence against women! It may not be for the younger end of the genre!
pickI never, in a million years, expected to read thrillers, let alone like them. [author: Kelley Armstrong] is changing my mind for me! Her storytelling is so captivating that I could not put this down. Her characters and the mystery kept pulling me back in when I should have been sleeping, eating, or generally doing anything else. Fantastic!
