I'm finding this a very calm, easy read which is just perfect for today.
I like that Halle is mentioned as being a larger size than the other girls she knows and absolutely nothing is made of this. It's just a fact that comes up when she needs to borrow clothes.

pickFinished my October #BookSpin pick this morning. Also you couldn‘t tell from looking at it but there is a Halloween party that happens in this book as well as Christmas scenes just in case anyone wants to justify this as a holiday read. 👻🎁 This has been my favorite installment of this series, but I think a lot of us were dying for a Henry book since Icebreaker. ⬇️

pickI love that we‘ve gotten Henry‘s story. I hope there are more Maple Hills books to come. The author‘s note about how personal the neurodivergent storyline is to her was refreshing to read. Henry and Halle are a great couple and I love how they embrace their own uniqueness as well as the others.

pickAbsolutely loved it! I loved that Henry and Halle found each other and could be exactly who the other one needed, bumpa and all! I hope there is more of this series because I want to spend more time in Maple Hills!
