Jane Bull is an experienced writer of crafting and activity books for children. This introductory book to embroidery, needlepoint, patchwork, appliqué, knitting and crochet is aimed at readers aged 7+ and is easy to follow with clear photographs and patterns to use. I came away feeling more confident with basic stitches and adult care-givers who are also looking to pick up these skills can do them alongside younger readers.

I had put this one aside when my Haven‘s Rock hold came in. Now I‘m back to it, switching from physical book to audiobook when I want to #crochet

I‘m a bookmark “collector”😜I enjoy the task to match the bookmark, booksleeve and tote with the book I‘m reading. Is a pleasant task as well as choosing my monthly tbr😍These are only few of my favorite ones. I love the bookmark style from #BookArtBookMarks but I also like common ones. Check out @BookBabe bookmarks they are gorgeous. There is another Litsy friend who has a shop, lost her shop name but ⬇️

I don‘t have a #FaveBookmark I have so many that I love & I rotate using them and try to fit them to the book I‘m reading. Here are three newish ones I‘m using that I 💙 The celestial one my friend gave me for Christmas (you can‘t tell here but it‘s 3-D). The pink one my director brought back from a paper store in Italy for me-it‘s so delicate & pretty. The sea creatures I recently bought at a local bookstore.
