I want to give this one 3.5 stars and it‘s somewhere between a pick and so-so. I feel like there could have been more build up and tension with Violet and Stella‘s relationship. I also wanted to hear more about Violet‘s past. At times it reminded me of #fashionvictim but didn‘t quite go that far

Hey guys! What‘s going on this fine Monday? For me? Well, I don‘t want to brag but, I just finished my first book since September. So this is a pretty big deal for me. Lol. To pull me out of my reading slump could only be done by a psychotic murderous unreliable narrator. It was a fantastic time hanging out with Anya!•

So far this break I‘ve finished You and #fashionvictim. Both were wild rides. Next up! Universal Harvester. Starts in a video store. Just a few weeks ago I was explaining to some kids I babysit that Netflix didn‘t always exist and we would go to this place called Blockbuster if we wanted a movie (though my favorite was a mom and pop shop until it closed).

Congrats on your milestone @TheLibrarian and thanks for hosting this giveaway for #70kgiveaway! I think I have to go with The Last Time I Lied as my best book so far this year. It was thrilling and well thought out and just impossible to put down. It was tough to choose though, because I also loved The Book of Essie and #fashionvictim too so much!!

I am so glad I made this my #BOTM choice this month. This book is so dark and hilarious. I loved the writing style, the fashion world, and the characters. I could not put this book down.
How far would you go to win a friend or someone‘s affection? Anya is working in the fashion world and wants Sarah to be her BFF, but first she must kill whoever gets in her way.
