Hallowe'en Party | Agatha Christie

It starts slowly, & isn‘t her best, but once Poirot is on the case investigating the murder of a teen at a Halloween party, it‘s a lot of fun. Or is it a double murder? I‘ll let you find out… #murder #Halloweenread #audiobooks #TeamSlaughter #Scarathalon #31by31

I pretty much went into this blind. I just knew I wanted to give it a shot. I've seen it classed as YA but I would put it more adolescent. Older children reading chapter books or maybe pre-teen. It's a cute little story for kids.

Wow! I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this novel! This story follows the Graves family as they move into Mr. Graves's old family home. Little did this family know that there are secrets buried here that refuse to rest. Unleashing a devilish turn of events that will change their lives in ways they never saw coming. #halloweenread

I think fans of adult romance novels will have a lot fun with #TheExHex. However, it wasn‘t my kind of book.

A very happy birthday to you, Sarah 🎉🎂🎉📚🤗 @TheAromaofBooks

I started at midnight but decided to post this with a #BirthdayBash breakfast. I love how we are celebrating your birthday from different parts of the world. 🥐🍳

I chose your birthday to start a new book, my #halloweenread. This is my second by the author and it is set in the UK.

BiblioLitten I finally got to it, @Ruthiella 🙂 3y
brittanyreads This is one of my favorite books! It spooked the crap outta me haha enjoy! 3y
BiblioLitten @BrittanyReads I‘m enjoying it so far. Did you like The Poison Thread too? That was the first book I read. 3y

Ruthiella Yahoo! Please let me know how it compares to The Poison Thread/The Corset. 😃 Maybe I‘ll read that next year for the spooky season. (edited) 3y
TheAromaofBooks Oh my gosh, your breakfast looks amazing!!! And one of my favorite parts of Litsy is connecting with readers everywhere, with all of us bonded together with our love for reading!! ❤ It's just so magical!! 3y
BiblioLitten @Ruthiella The Poison Thread has a better plot and is more of a thriller than a horror story. I liked this one better than TPT even though I had my reservations with a few plot twists. This definitely spooked me more. 🙂 2y
Ruthiella @BiblioLitten Cool. I think I will keep it in mind for later this winter or maybe next year October. 2y
Jee_HookedOnBookz I want your breakfast!!! 😋💕💕 2y

This was pretty damn good! I couldn‘t wait to keep reading. Totally fresh and cool idea. I loved the little included police case notes, interviews, and magazine articles. Some gory details but not totally overwhelming. There are definitely some things that could‘ve been included to up the gore factor. Hendrix writes female characters well, which I appreciate. I think I liked this one more than the Southern Bookclub. #horror #halloweenread
