Two new #leuchtturm1917 #bulletjournals, and a new notebook. Stationary is my weakness!

I usually go through 2-3 a year, but I‘m hoping to stretch the one I just started until the end of the year. I have separate ones for Scarathlon and WinterGames, so the plan is to keep these two for 2024(!!!) planning!

dabbe I've always wanted to start a bullet journal, but I have no idea what to put in it! I'm afraid I'd just stare at page 1 like this: 😳. 🤩🤗😍 8mo

Clwojick @dabbe I was so anxious when I started with my first one, because I put too much pressure on making them *perfect*. I quickly found my rhythm though, and realized the only pages I was excited to come back and update were the ones that were reading related, so now my #bujos are exclusively bookish content. I love doing reading challenges, readathons, buddy reads etc. I‘m currently on my 6th one, and have found what works best for me. 8mo

Clwojick @dabbe I suggest just biting the bullet and giving it a try! There are a ton of people on here that bullet journal, so there‘s lots of inspo! 😃 I love having the physical books to flip through years later to check out old favourites. 8mo

JamieArc @dabbe while I am a spreadsheet dork and track most bookish things there, I keep track of BookSpin picks and bookswap information in my BuJo. Other - running weekly task list, trip planning pages, Christmas planning pages for a start. 8mo

Bingo! | Rosemary Wells

Feel free to join me in a new Bingo challenge! #AlphabeticalBingo is pretty straight forward. Since I have an unbelievable amount of unread books that I‘m trying to prioritize, I decided to add an extra challenge to help me plow through them. I‘ve made a bingo board for each letter of the alphabet (combining a few of the harder ones: QVXYZ). Now I just read and check them off as I go. You can either make one letter at a time before moving on OR ⬇️

Clwojick You can make all your boards like I did, read as usual, and see which letter you get a bingo on first. There‘s no set time frame, just an extra way to help me choose my next read, and some added inspiration to pick from my shelves over library holds or online reads. No serious rules, just make it work for you. I chose to leave at least 5 🆓 spaces on each board to fill in some impulse reads. (edited) 12mo

Clwojick @Pageturner1 You could do it a few different ways. You could either make one board with each spot being a letter in the alphabet, or you could make one full board for each letter of the alphabet. I have a HUGE collection of unread books, so I have an A board, a B board, a C board, etc. Fill out your board(s), and then just read and try to cross off a bingo on each board! ⭐️ (edited) 12mo

Just got the email that this years #Leuchtturm1917 colours are now out, and I‘m OBSESSED! Fox Red, Mint Green, & Forest Green would all be beautiful for my #WinterGames planning, and the Light Grey would be perfect for #Scarathlon….. so I need to buy all four, right? RIGHT? It doesn‘t matter that I already have multiple blank bullet journals, these ones are the best! I‘m going to be hounding the site for sales.

Clwojick @booksellerofyourdiscontent I basically only use the #Leuchtturm1917 bullet journals. I either pick them up from Chapters/Indigo or buy them directly from the Leuchtturm site. 💙 2y

Clwojick @BookGypsy I use a #bulletjournal to track all of my book stats, reading challenges, and reading events. I draw out most of my own designs though, and use an assortment of printables and stickers. 2y

Clwojick @BookGypsy although they‘re a little pricey, the only bullet journals I use are the #Leuchtturm1917. They have thick enough pages that markers, pen etc, don‘t bleed through. Make sure to select the “Dotted” version, if you want a bullet journal. They also have lined, grid and blank. 2y
