Hey friends!! The #PromptMaze is back for #HauntedShelf !!! I don't have a lot of time, so I have reused all of last year's prompts and shuffled them around haha Below is the link!! You will need to MAKE A COPY and then you will be able to edit your own copy so that you can see the prompts. I went ahead and left the 2023 edition available as well, so if you want an added challenge you can work your way through two mazes - same prompts, but since⬇

This year, as far as points, this will be counted as a Readathon, so 10 points per hour spent reading a book that completes a prompt!!

This book would be good to use if you are introducing the flow of stories. After looking at this book, students could work to create their own wordless stories.

Museum Trip by Barbara Lehman is a book that follows a little boy on his field trip to the museum. The illustrations help students follow along with the story, specifically with the use of different shapes and lines. The lines help to give dimension and help the reader feel the choppiness of an actual museum as you go from room to room. The shapes help the reader to distinguish between different doorways and art works.

I made it through the #PromptMaze !!! I got stuck in a couple loops but finally found my way out. These are so fun, thanks @TheAromaofBooks for creating 😁

Many of the prompts can be filled by reading mystery/thriller/paranormal/etc although there are also some genre-neutral prompts as well. Thanks so much for your comments on my other post - so glad you all are enjoying the #PromptMaze challenge, even if some of us are hopelessly lost in there! 😂 I realized after I posted it that I've done these quarterly and technically Q4 doesn't start until OCTOBER 1, not September. But since I (a) already created the Q4 maze and (b) am hoping to have a separate #Scarathlon maze for October anyway - here's the Q4 maze, quite early!⬇
