@Lindy I do believe I found the pattern for your vintage tea cozy! I‘ll take a photo of both pages and email it to you. Shoot me a message on Goodreads with your email address. 😘

Day 15: Stripes. Yes, late. Sleeping. I decided to go a different way with this s one. This book is about an interesting knitting technique that allows for interesting stripes and much easier vertical stripes. I met the author at Stitches South years ago. Nice lady, fun book #junebookbugs @RealLifeReading

My latest knitting & spinning book. It's had great reviews. #knittersoflitsy #spinnersoflitsy #knitting #knit mostly about knitting with handspun but there are 12 knitting patterns in the back. Shawl is Flower Basket ( #Ravelry ) hat is from Weekend Hats -on the cover (forgot the name)

julesG Lovely shawl and hat. The colour is gorgeous. 7y
tricours Oh I need to knit more! 7y
Dolly Thanks! The color is actually a bit brighter green & blue than gray. It didn't photograph accurately. @julesG I was an avid knitter until I started #litsy. My interests are in competition with my 'free time' 😬@tricours 7y

drokka I love the colours in the yarn 7y
tricours I see no conflict, I only see audiobooks 😎 7y
julesG @tricours But some audiobooks are just plain awful. The book might be good but the narration drags it down. And I've recently had an audiobook that was so awful I was so confused that I lost track of which row I was knitting. 7y
Dolly I agree some audiobooks ARE terrible but are generally better than they were years ago (tapes). I had to LEARN how to listen & not drive or have another activity that took my attention for the first 20 pages or so. @tricours @julesG 7y
Dolly I also think listening vs reading uses different parts of your brain. When I used audiobooks exclusively my ability to spell correctly suffered 7y
Mdargusch I always wanted to learn how to spin. It's on my bucket list. 7y
Dolly If you're in west. Mass. I'll teach you @Mdargusch 7y
Mdargusch @dolly I'm in Ohio. The thing that stopped me was the cost of the spinning wheel. 😩 I even had a friend with sheep and she had bags of wool I could buy. 7y
Mdargusch Btw - your hat and shawl are beautiful! 7y
