No reading for me yesterday. Decided to learn a new stitch (brioche) and make a near ear warmer headband thing!

I have to get into audiobooks so I can craft and read at the same time! Anyone have any recommendations? I was turned off by the narrator in the last one I tried. 🙉🙈

Day 21 of the #wintergames Photo Challenge - Hat/Mittens

Today, I‘m sharing the Hat and Gloves that I have. My mom bought me a Ponytail Beanie and I crocheted some Fingerless Gloves. I don‘t have any Mittens. I live in TX but we‘re not going to have a cold Christmas here so I won‘t be able to wear my Winter stuff. We‘re going to be in shorts and T-shirts on Christmas just like last year and we‘re going to have the AC on.

Going for another KAL, this time not a mystery, with the Bumblebee Acres Fiber Farm group on Ravelry using their new pattern and their Farm-inspired advent I‘m opening throughout December. 🚜🐄🦙🐇🐑🐐

It's the time of year to switch from sandals to toasty socks #knit by my mom when she was in her 80s. She's not knitting now at 94, but I think I have enough to get by. Enjoyed listening to this fun tale of an obsessive knitter. Recalled fond memories of our family of knitters. Grandma always had a basket of leftover yarns by her couch for any of us to pick up and knit a square she would later crochet together into afghans. #knittersoflitsy

Another birthday gift from my daughter. I felt the need to share as I knew my Litsy friends would appreciate these fun socks! 💖

This has some really cute patterns in it. I'm using the snake one for my #readingsnake

Some of the patterns are badly written. I had to read them several times, read them aloud, get my mum to read them and then discuss it before it made sense.

Knitting knowledge recommended for this, even though the patterns are aimed at beginners you need to understand patterns before you can do them
