#underthemilkyway makes me think about wide open wilderness and the bright sky above... Ever since I finished Boys in the Boat I‘ve been dying to read this book detailing the journey of 15 pioneers traveling across America in the 1850‘s. It sounds horribly fascinating! 😯

#MarchIntoOz #UnderTheMilkyWay 🚀So the first thing this prompt made me think of was candy bars 🍫😋 but the second was these two books--Good Morning, Midnight, set partially in the silence of space and Aristotle and Dante as they looked at the stars in the desert sky at night and tried to discover the secrets of the universe. I loved the audios of both of these books. 🌠🌌

I fell in love with the Milky Way & the constellations much earlier than that, when I was a little girl sitting on the grass in our backyard with my dad pointing out Orion & his dog stars, the Southern Cross, Sirius & Australis and which planets are visible with the naked eye. Just look at the sky over Uluru, it‘s amazing✨
