The other day I got a Google notification for tropical storm Dexter then a couple of hours later they were already on the letter I, talking about tropical storm Iona 😵‍💫 so this is my way of acknowledging the craziness while hoping it doesn‘t get too crazy. Had to drive across the island this morning to go to one of our branches for work & meetings. I was struck by the weather from rain to sun, then rinse & repeat. I also saw 2 rainbows. That & my audiobook made for a good commute & inspired this haiku. (Although it‘s where I was commuting, it‘s not my photo because I was driving… on the freeway.)😉

Island morning hums
Rain and sun take turns to dance
Rainbows grace the road
