Audiobooks save the day! My 7th grade daughter was getting anxious and cranky on the way to her lacrosse practice today. So I turned on my current audiobook to distract us. Fortunately we tuned in just as the kids magically fall into their story book. Turned our frowns right upside down!

And I can already see why this series is so popular in my school. Chris Colfer has many talents!

11-14-17: Book 4 in the Land of Stories series was even more fun than the last three! The Bailey twins got to enter different literary worlds like Wonderland, Neverland, Oz, Camelot and Sherwood Forest, to enlist the help of some of our favorite characters in the crusade against the Masked Man! Went to Hay-on-Wye for the first time today. If there was ever a place full of books that could overwhelm me, it's that one.
It lives up to its name "town of books" so well.

I wasn't looking for anything in particular which is probably where I fell down but I didn't come away empty handed though. I got these books&a pretty ace necklace.

It is a lovely town to wander around!

This book is wonderful.
It is a great introduction to a world where life has carried on from where our fairy tales finished.
Following the Twins gave a path to follow and never was I lead astray.
I am rather looking forward to getting my hand on book two and I do hope it is a good as this! ^_^
