pickThe study of EI has been on my radar for a long time as a subject I wanted to learn more about. I was turned on to this book while listening to podcasts on the Be Here Now Network. It‘s a lengthy book that defines EI and explains the difference between EI and IQ. Goleman highlighted the benefits of EI. Once a thorough foundation is laid, Goleman applies EI to many emotions people experience. #MountTBR
