Book was part of HP Magical Readathon on April couldn‘t finished it. I didn‘t like author‘s anecdotes with pts. Maybe due for pandemic lockdown. Now I could. It is about his experiences as an intern, residential and then working in the field. He criticizes the British health system, the bureaucracy to receive services, how hard it is for them. Some anecdotes are funny. I don‘t know about certain comments😬explained why he abandoned the field. 4⭐️

Two big Rereads in November - Drums of Autumn and Lord of Shadows. Finished Phryne Fisher except for Question of Death Anthology. A few holiday reads.

✔ Phryne #18 this morning. Almost thru Lost for Words for #booksandbrews on Sat. 🤞 Audio of DOA before Sun Premiere of Outlander. Then I begin my audio adventure thru Tolkien. Lord of Shadows will be a skim thru to get ready for Queen of Darkness on Dec 4. Nov is good month for books on food and The Great War. And then there is Poldark I'm determined to finish series this year. Takes up way to much shelf space. 📚

Best book of November is contemporary suspense romance Damaged by @willowwintersauthor 😍😍
It's book #3 in Sins & Secret series (second duet in series). I loved this story and recommended it. There is also beautiful emotional poetry before every chapter and I loved it. You really need to read this book. ❤❤
I already got the next book Scarred (release date is December 5) and can't wait to see what happen next.
