Action packed riveting character study, not just regarding the hero and heroine. Alaska itself is definitely one of the main characters. The author provides a ton of detail about the Alaskan wilderness, mushing/dog sledding, and flying, and it was all completely fascinating. But also also lots of plot, action, suspense and thrills rushing across the pages at a quick pace. I think this will be one of my top favorites for the year!
Snow flurries outside, yech. Hate snow and ice. But I‘ve got my hot cocoa and my book - set in Alaska, cuz I do love to read about snow and ice.
Such a fantastic adventure filled with adrenaline, tender romance of a second chance love, faith-bolstering wisdom, and redemption and forgiveness after a long drought of anger and bitterness.
If you‘re looking for a great book with unforgettable characters and setting, heart-pounding action and suspense, heart-filling spiritual wisdom, and heart-melting romance, look no further.
I received the book from the publisher and opinions are my own.
Enjoying an evening read while it‘s still nice out. Ember is joining me, probably hoping to see the neighbors turkeys or woodchucks #dogsoflitsy #petsoflitsy #poachers
