It‘s been 4 months since I‘ve posted, but I am so excited for the contrast between this post and my last post!

The last two years have been especially difficult for me. Aside from a global pandemic, lockdown and working from home, I‘ve made it through three miscarriages, and leaps and bounds of family concerns. I was starting to lose sight of all the good in the world, so my husband suggested a little buddy for us!

This sweet girl is two months old, and will be named either Lily or Luna. Which one do you guys think I should go with? ❤️🐾

I haven‘t been on here in sooooo long! Hi everyone! I‘ve started this book today and I‘m working on a diamond painting and relaxing. Decided it was time to pop back on to Litsy! 🤗

My New Years resolution is to drink enough water and to restart Isagenix. I‘ve never drank enough water so I‘m hoping the super awesome bottle helps do the trick! Isagenix was a lifestyle system I started in January 2019 and during the pandemic I kind of gave up. However, I truly missed the way the products made me feel (more energy, much healthier, etc!) so today I hit the restart button!

What are some goals you all have for this year?

I‘m sad that it took me so long to finally read this book when it‘s been on my TBR for so long. But holy hell. This should be required reading in every classroom across America.

Completed my first book of the new year! I saw a ton of reviews going in that this book was improbable and unbelievable. After reading I can whole heartedly confirm that‘s not true. I‘ve MET kids like this. I work with families like this on a daily basis, and yes, sometimes it is HORRIFYING. Overall, I felt this book did a wonderful job of portraying some very real effects of mental illness on an entire family. (More below)!

I literally cried my eyes out at midnight, something I‘ve never done in my 29 years! I know 2021 won‘t solve all our problems. Covid is still out there! But damn, I am so relieved 2020 is over. This past year was particularly cruel to me, in ways more than just the pandemic. There were days I felt I wouldn‘t survive. But I did. We did!
