An interesting idea for a novel brilliantly executed, highly recommend.

I am out leaving books on elephants.
One of 39 books I released today in setting up an Official #BookCrossing Zone at the University of Suffolk in #Ipswich
I spotted this book in a telephone box book exchange today. It was one I had released on a pub bookshelf over two years ago. http://www.bookcrossing.com/journal/13862963
#Bookcrossing in Beccles #Suffolk.
Sebastian Faulks is on of my #favouriteauthors
I spent much of today putting up this book box for a friend in #Ipswich #Suffolk. Naturally I filled it with #bookcrossing registered books.
A #bookcrossing book from one of my #favouriteauthors released on bench along Ipswich waterfront after an excellent lunch at The Last Anchor.
The first book I have read by this author and I was impressed. I liked the style of writing and it subtly added to the atmosphere and emotion of the book. The historical context of the book was familiar to me but again is subtly explained without too much detail. It is set mostly in the south of Ireland. I will happily read another book by this author if anyone has any recommendations as to which one.
An amusing and entertaining read involving jam doughnuts and a #football club under threat from developers. It seemed like an appropriate read during the FIFA World Cup and I needed something lighter after some heavier reads. It served that purpose well.
Rachel Joyce is one of my #favouriteauthors and I released this copy of her third book in Elmhurst Park, Woodbridge, #Suffolk. You can just see the book on the bench in the background. Whilst in Woodbridge I purchased her fourth book The Music Shop, anyone else read it yet?
A good read from one of my #favouriteauthors. Book released on a bench on Felixstowe seafront in #Suffolk. #BookCrossing
This was one of ten #bookcrossing registered books I left in the telephone box book exchange in the lovely village of Monks Eleigh in #Suffolk. The photo is of the nearby village sign which also features a book.
A good read from one of my #favouriteauthors now #bookcrossing registered and released on a bench for someone else to read. The building is one of several Martello Towers situated on the #Suffolk coast.
Barbara Kingsolver is one of my #favouriteauthors and this seemed an appropriate time and place to release this #BookCrossing registered book.
An #bookcrossing release at St Michael‘s church in Framlingham, #Suffolk. http://www.bookcrossing.com/journal/14768364/
Book released on #Ipswich waterfront. http://www.bookcrossing.com/journal/14942807/. The exhibit in the background is part of https://m.facebook.com/Photoeastuk/
An excellent read from one of the authors booked to speak at the #BookCrossing #UK UnConvention in #Ipswich on 6th October 2018. I have turned it into a book ray. See http://www.bookcrossing.com/journal/14768361/
I released this #bookcrossing registered book on a bench outside The Salthouse Harbour Hotel in #Ipswich #UK http://www.bookcrossing.com/journal/14942794/
An excellent biography of Lady Jane Grey. Clearly well researched but written in an enjoyable narrative style. The photo is of Framlingham Castle as that features in the story and is fairly local to me.
An entertaining if sad story told from the point of view of a pet Labrador which gives me an excuse to share a photo of our long departed Lab.
Paul Torday is one of my favourite authors. He wrote each book in a different style but all were very good in my view. This one was no exception. Photo shows a copy I released by The Sir Bobby Robson Bridge in #Ipswich #UK http://www.bookcrossing.com/journal/14982797/ #bookcrossing #FavouriteAuthor
I see lots of people are posting their #FavouriteAuthor so I thought it would be rude not to join in. For me it is a close run thing with several authors in the frame. Have chosen Iain Banks on the basis that I get two for the price of one if I include the Science Fiction he wrote in the name Iain M Banks. A great talent lost to us far too early.
Whilst Litsy was down I took this book, along with several others to some telephone box book exchanges. Most went to this one pictured which is in Washbrook, #Suffolk, #UK http://www.bookcrossing.com/hunt/3/7366/101350/763226 #bookcrossing

This was an interesting and entertaining read. Recommended for anyone who finds that one universe is not enough. Now time for it to go travelling so I have released it on Felixstowe pier. http://www.bookcrossing.com/journal/14352165 #bookcrossing #UK
I released this #Bookcrossing registered book today. I loved this book and felt it matched this graffiti artists love for Dave.

I have just started reading this book. It came to me from a #BookCrosser in #NewZealand together with the #postcard. The book has previously been in #Canada, #UK, #France, #Germany and #Spain so it is better travelled than I am. http://www.bookcrossing.com/journal/12421194
I purchased this book from the lovely Stillwater Books in Felixstowe, Suffolk, 🇬🇧 having read a few Jim Crace novels before. I found this one interesting and I like his style of writing but he has not yet been able to push into my list of favourite writers. This is my #BookCrossing entry http://www.bookcrossing.com/journal/14768688 and you will find my list of favourite authors at www.bookcrossing.com/mybookshelf/ardachy
I released this BookCrossing.com registered book in Martlesham Wood today. Christopher Brookmyre is one of my favourite authors.
