I thought this was an adorable little book. I liked the author's narration but found it a bit hard to listen to at time. Still a cute story for the school aged children!

I went into this book with really high expectations. I expected to like it as much as Matt Haig‘s A Boy Called Christmas. I don‘t know if it was the audiobook (read by the author) or wrong timing, but I didn‘t care for it as much as I anticipated. It‘s short and I‘m going to give it another go next December.

I had to show off this adorable book from @LibrarianRyan to the family. 😊 We had a feast of egg, hashbrown, & Colby jack casserole, sausage patties, extra crispy bacon, bacon-stuffed pancakes, mini cranberry loaf, and fruit salad. Paired with mimosas! 🍾🥂🍊 And Starbucks Frappuccino. 😁 Yum!!! 😋 🍳🥓

This is one of my all time favorite children's Christmas stories. This is a sample of what I do when I write in books. The highlighted word is a vocab word, then this are marked for trivia and discussion. I made a 25 page guide for this book. One of my previous libraries did Book Club Express kits and I got to write the ones for kids and teens. Most of the schools didn't have libraries so we made our own "teacher sets" out of book club books.

Made A gingerbread village with the boys this morning! So fun!!
