Always a trip down memory lane to read this at Christmas time. Snoopy is my favorite Peanut character always and forever. Reading this year it feels like an anecdote for cynicism; I need to be mindful not to be discouraged by the world. Grateful for the Litsy community for that too!

I loved this little book with the best of the best of Peanuts, with select Christmas-themed comics organized by decade. The gang were cuter, and less mean to Charlie Brown, in the 1950s according to the samples in the book. The comics grew more simplistic as they aged. This is a Christmas gift to myself (hah!) and I finished this today. I miss reading Peanuts comic strips. I had the full set of Charlie Brown Encyclopedia when I was a kid (which we lost on a house fire when I was in 5th grade) and I wonder where I can get those for my collection again... ❤️🎄
