Death in the Stacks | 
Yesterday I installed a new shelf for my reading lamp (and Donatello). Tonight I‘m giving it a workout as I dig into DEATH IN THE STACKS. I took the book out of the Little Free Library last week, mostly because I needed to make room for the stuff I brought to leave there, and it‘s great so far!
pickWhen the next book is a 2 week wait 😭😳 Audiobook is not available on SCRIBD until the 20th ( 7 DAYS 😱) and no hardcopy at Library. 📚REALLY I am in love with this series. Did not predict The murderer from Death in the Stacks. I‘m not sure if I can wait much longer for the next book ☹️
Briefly went to the @strandbookstore and left empty handed. It was a struggle but my TBR is long enough as it is.
When the Audiobook version of the book you are currently reading won‘t be available for 10 days 😭😱Tomorrow is Parent Conferences at Clift and the Library is going to be empty- I was hoping to get some audiobook listening done while shelving 💔

Day 2 of #12daysofbookstagram is stack! I‘ve chosen the “cookbooks that don‘t get stored in the kitchen” stack. The filing system goes something like this: books I would be upset if something got spilled on them stay out of the kitchen unless being used (generally). The back story of this system begins with a melting ice cube and the Lord Howe cookbook; you can fill in the ending on your own 😜

I killed two birds with one stone with this #cozymystery that is #thenextbookinaseriesistarted . I'm a fan of this library mystery series but this wasn't one of the better titles in the series.
pickFinally finished! I really enjoy this series. Small town librarian who manages to get involved in another murder. This time though, she‘s a suspect.
I‘ve always thought this book series was a good representation of what it‘s like to work in a small town library. And now this one reminds me of my life right now, though I doubt my personal antagonist will end up murdered. Another rough week. Crossing my fingers that I get the job I applied for last night. 🤞🏻
