Happy pub week to Holly Banks Full of Angst! This book looks delightful and the cover is super cute. Thanks so much to Lake Union Publishing #partner and Amazon Publishing for gifting me this free #arc.

This is a “laugh-out-loud debut novel for anyone who‘s tried to live the perfect life—and learned the hard way there‘s no such thing.” #hollybanksfullofangst #comedy #funread #lakeunion #lakeunionpublishing #amazon

AMAZON FIRST READERS -----
What did everyone pick? I thought they were all left wanting. I ended up choosing the comic one. At least it'll be funny.

Kindle first pick for October. Anybody else make their selection yet? If so what did you pick? I was torn between this one and The Infinite Pieces of Us.

TheLibrarian I picked the Daughters of the Lake! 6y
literarilythrilling I still haven't decided! This one sounds good, though. 6y
Whimsical.Curiosity @TheLibrarian high five! 🙏🙏 6y

Whimsical.Curiosity @bookcoverjudge it's def intriguing. What are you stuck between? 6y
literarilythrilling @Whimsical.Curiosity This one, The Dark Heart and River Bodies. 6y
shadowspeak17 I picked this one too. 6y
Whimsical.Curiosity @bookcoverjudge Dark Heart looked pretty dang good too. Too bad they don't give us all 5 🤣 6y
Whimsical.Curiosity @shadowspeak17 the Goodreads synopsis was pretty solid. 6y
That-Bookish-Hiker I picked River Bodies but it was between your pick and the one I went with. 6y
Whimsical.Curiosity @That-Bookish-Hiker ooh what was the deciding factor? 6y
Redwritinghood I also picked this one. 6y
kyraleseberg I chose this also but The Dark Heart and River Bodies sounded amazing too so I'm sure I'll grab those from the library when they're released! 6y
JessClark78 I picked this one too. 6y
That-Bookish-Hiker It was so hard to chose! But ultimately I tend to lean towards the mystery and thrill of finding the murderer and having a woman who discovers him. @Whimsical.Curiosity (edited) 6y
Whimsical.Curiosity @Redwritinghood @JessClark78 🙏🙏🙏 woo! Can't wait to see reviews! 6y
Lisaw13 I got this one too. I'm so bad at reading my Kindle First reads - my TBR is already ridiculous without adding to it! 6y
zzz I'm still trying to decide but this is the one I have my eye on 😊 6y
Whimsical.Curiosity @That-Bookish-Hiker yeah I can totally get that and do that myself. I'm a sucker for a thriller. 6y
Whimsical.Curiosity @Lisaw13 me too!! I download them every month but always find myself reading my hard/paper backs instead 🤣 6y
Whimsical.Curiosity @kyraleseberg now that is a fabulous idea! I always add the ones I like to my #tbr on Goodreads and that is filling up way too quickly. 6y
sprainedbrain I got this one, too! 6y

My Kindle First choice. Amazon First? They changed the name. I didn't want murder porn and the bio offered was a translation from I don't remember what. So, winner by elimination. Just noticed I got tricked into a series, again, by this Amazon First freebie hooeyness. Still haven't finished the Christopher Rice one. Happy Easter!

LauraJ I chose that one too. Everything else was not my thang. 7y

The first of the month means it‘s #AmazonFirstReads 🕒 I was kinda torn this month because I was so excited to see Lee Goldberg on this month‘s list as well! #emojimadness #AmazonFirst

jmtrivera I picked True Fiction! It seemed interesting! 7y
MatchlessMarie @jmtrivera Lee Goldberg wrote most of the #Monk books that I have been reading/collecting this year so the name caught my eye. 😃 7y

jmtrivera @MatchlessMarie I've never tried Monk, but I'm glad to know he's good. 7y
OrangeMooseReads I got this one as well 7y

MatchlessMarie @Jess7 I have so many good Amazon First books that I haven‘t touched. I‘m gonna try to start making Friday my Amazon First books day again. Last month I had too many books going at once. #soml 😅 7y

I was kind of meh while pursuing the books available for January on Amazon. I ended up choosing this one. It sounds really good. Now I should maybe start reading the books I download each month from Amazon.

#kindlefirst #amazonfirst #amazonprime

LauraBrook Like so many monthly things, I have yet to read a kindle first book! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Sometimes I despair of myself. 7y
RebelReader I picked this one too even though I never read them. 😔 7y
WarpedSweetness @LauraBrook @RebelReader Wait guys, I lied. I read the one about the astronaut, it was a Kindle in Motion book. But that's it, one out of the many. I just cannot pass up a free book. 7y

One of my #ReadingGoals is to make a dent in the #AmazonFirstReads I have been collecting every month. I want to start dedicating at least part of my Fridays to reading them. If you want to join me use #AmazonFirstFriday and we can share together! I will be starting tomorrow with the tagged book. #janinbooks18 #kindlefirst #amazonfirst

Sweettartlaura This is a great idea. I realized recently how many of these I have waiting around, too. 7y
dariazeoli Great idea! Over a year‘s worth of books and I read one - one! - last month! 7y
Jas16 I was just thinking about how I never read them 7y
RebelReader I have tons too! This is a wonderful way to make a dent in them! 7y
Pamwurtzler That‘s a good idea. Now if I can only remember which ones they are . . . 😀 7y
