This was an awful week. Daily appointments, work was manic, upstairs neighbour had been AWFUL so not a lot of sleep and an awful lot of stress but I survived!!

5 portions of Fruit and veg - 2/7 (abysmal I know)
Vitamins - 4/7
Walk to work - 5/5
Yoga - Don‘t ask 🙈
All I can say is I am trying!
