Some elementary school students rescued this 2-day-old kitty at school. The umbilical cord was still attached! We took it to the vet and were told we need to feed it baby kitty formula every 2 hours for the next 3 weeks or so, until he or she opens its eyes. #babykittyrescue UPDATE: Despite our best efforts, kitty didn't survive its first night home. 💜😢😢😢💜

BookNerdBritt When I was a kid there was a stray cat whom we used to leave food for in our backyard. One day she gave birth to six kittens, took three and peaced out, and we got the same advice as you did from our vet. I remember my mom and stepdad taking the other three to work and having to sneak out to bottle feed them every couple of hours. Best of luck to you and ALF! 7y
