Today‘s lovely #booknlunch—the weather is beautiful!
Covid arrives and the author decides to make a sweater from scratch. From shearing the sheep, spinning and dyeing the wool, and making the sweater. I enjoyed her humor and the particular items she chose to go into depth on, especially color and the origin of particular colors (from bugs). The last quarter of the book got a bit bogged down, but overall I enjoyed it.

Hello #LitsyCrafters ☺️ How is your 2024 going so far?
This year I'm crocheting a book blanket! Each color is a different genre and the number of rows is the star rating I gave it. Above is what I have so far!
One of my goals this year is to complete more projects that I've already started.
If you'd like to be added or removed from the #LitsyCrafters tag list let me know.
Received my #creepychristmasswap box. Now I just have to hide it from myself,
Another one of our #holidaytraditions is that every year each of my girls picks out a wrapping paper and that‘s what I wrap all their gifts in. During the first part of December while I‘m in the process of wrapping all the gifts, they love to look under the tree to see their presents growing in number! This year my oldest picked Snoopy and my youngest the holiday pets.

Progress so far on the tree skirt. The yarn is acrylic Loops & Threads Charisma. Absolutely would order more by this company. Totally replacing my plastic hooks after this is done though. The extra friction is really ticking off my shoulder. #crafting #craftersoflitsy
