Another day, another National Trust used bookshop @Cupcake12 ! ? This one was in a stable block, with all the books on the stalls!

6 books acquired this time, only 2 for me. @Oryx - I seem to recall you buying the tagged book on our Manchester #meetup? I also got Unsheltered, which I have on my Kindle TBR, but this is a hardback with printed edges for only Qa....

Lots of rain again today but hopefully tomorrow will be better...

Oryx I did - although I have to admit I bailed on it. Possibly a case of wrong book at wrong time. I could see it was a good book, but it just wasn't drawing me in. 3y

Honestly, Des Moines is far from the reading capital of the world and it‘s been more than 10 years since I left library programming work and I don‘t think I‘ve attended a single author talk since. My last big book talk was Adriana Trigiani back in 2010 maybe. So having this is like Christmas! 4y
