Motivated by @Liberty ‘s brief mention of A Confederacy of Dunces during this week‘s All the Books, I decided it was time to read this Toole biography. I‘ve owned the paperback for a while, but *needed* 😉 the audio because I gotta get some stuff done today. @Reviewsbylola @emilyhaldi Have y‘all read this? It‘s good so far.

britt_brooke @LouLouLane This author references another biography called Ignatius Rising, but not in a good way. I have that one on my shelf, so I‘ll probably read it anyway just to see why it‘s problematic.

LouLouLane @britt_brooke I‘d love to hear about it. I never thought to look for a biography. Thought there was so little known about him. I had the absolute pleasure of reading COD in New Orleans. And can‘t recommend reading it out loud to yourself in your best NOLA accent enough. 4y
