In the first half of the book, there was not enough of Robert Hunter. I really like his character, so that was disappointing.
But the book fulfilled my expectations. The idea behind the murderers is interesting, the story is tense and the ending fantastic!

I can't even explain how much I enjoyed reading Circe.
It's beautifully written, intense, full of emotions and overal well written. i love Greek mythology and it was nice to read about familiar Greek Gods. Some stories skipped out of my mind, for some names (or stories) I never heard before.
Circe is definitely one of those books, that I will eventually read again.

After only a few pages, I completely fell into the story. Location, where the story unfolds, makes everything more interesting and intense. A drought increases the tension. It‘s a story about a small town with typical inhabitants, where everyone knows everyone and where the past is never forgotten but it‘s also affecting present even thoug people try to escape it. But the story was still tense enough for me, that I keep reading with interest.

I have no idea what will happen at the end, I'm somewhere in the middle and I'm really enyoing this book.

This is a first book in series and it was amazing, reading again about the characters and their adventures. And about the food!
I loved this one, but I think that here, the adventure and the mystery they have to discover are not in front - it's more about getting to know all the characters and their personalities. And how other books would look like.
It's still was a great read.

This year is the 75th anniversary of The Famous Five series by Enid Blyton. I adored reading about The Famous Five adventures as a child and I read all the books numerous times.
There are 21 books in the series and I wanted to reread them for a long time. Yesterday I decided it's finally time. I went to the library and got the first five books. And I can't wait to start reading!

My all time favourite classic is Jane Eyre.

I own a really old Slovenian edition, where the title was changed. I remember that I had no idea what this book was about when I started reading it for the first time. I was around 12 years old. Years later, when I was in High School, I realized that this is a well known classic.

I have a feeling that everyone has read this book, except me.
This photo is actually "old" - I started reading this book about two weeks ago when I was on holidays. In betwen, I read another one and now it's time to finish this one.
The writing style is beautiful and my heart will probably be broken at the end.
