AHHHHHH!!!!! My most beloved book as a child that has maintained it's magic through these 15 years just got a sequel. I can't believe it. My heart is stuttering and I can't breathe from excitement.

I've been so bad at keeping up on posting but here I am. I'm so excited to start this book! The original trilogy was really fun so fingers crossed this will be just as good. #currentlyreading #scifi

I had high hopes for this book. I wasn't invested in the characters and it felt like the author was just checking things off a list. The twists didn't shock me or take me by surpise. The concept of the book is what ultimately kept me engaged. In the end I enjoyed it but nothing really stood out to me.

I haven't had enough time to devote to this book which definitely bums me out. But when I do have the time to read it, I can't stop smiling. I appreciate how even though the author is religious, he really understands the reasoning and viewpoints of his atheist characters.

This book finally got me out of my book slump. I picked it up because of all the good reviews despite being hesitant at first and I am so glad that I did. Some parts are a bit predictable but I was so caught up in it and I didn't even mind. Also, I really appreciated how she didn't sugar coat Lila's character.

I made it to the very end without crying and then I read this page and that last sentence got me. This book was so easy to get caught up in and such an honest look at anxiety and mental illness. I loved it. ❤

10th anniversary special edition! This book is beautiful beyond compare with lovely drawings and so many extras. I fell in love with this book when I first read it years ago and I still haven't found the right words to describe how amazing it is. It's a damn masterpiece

First, any book that has a map is bound to be good...make it 2 maps with footnotes and I get excited. It's a brutal and beautiful story of an aspiring assassin who destroys a republic for revenge featuring a strong female main character with her shadow non-cat.
