I know I‘ve been pretty MIA for the last few weeks. I‘ve been spending lots of time with family and now at work I‘m training a rookie (it takes an incredible amount of time and energy!). My resolution this year is actually to read less. I want to get my nose out of a book and see my life! So here‘s a pic of my husband, wife, our kid, and me on Xmas.

This quote always puts me in mind of my #family - particularly the last sentence. I know I can call on my parents any time (and actually have a bit this year - it was a rough one) but I‘ve also got extended that I know I can call even if we haven‘t talked in a while. I‘m so #grateful for my family

Happy Family Day to those who are celebrating today! 🎉 Although, technically it's Heritage Day in my province. I really don't care what they call it, I still have a paid day off 😂
Since my bf still has to work (sucker!) And my daughter is babysitting today I will be spending the day cleaning and getting caught up on some reading 👍

I haven‘t been getting a ton of reading in mostly just hanging out. Thanksgiving was good, got to see my nephew! Something about my parent‘s house makes me want to sleep. Can‘t wait to get home tomorrow though to see Izzy.

I'm #thankfulfor so many people in my life.
