Lammas Blessings to all! August 1st is the first of three #HarvestFestivals. As the Wheel turns again, may we all begin the cultivate the things we planted: physically or spiritually. My only celebrating today will be to harvest some herbs from my garden to begin the drying process. My Grandmother has taken a turn, and she‘s not doing well. Zoes_Human Blueberry pancakes are also my favorite, and I love spicy and sweet together. There's a chocolatier near me that makes habanero sea salt caramels that are AMAZING! 4y

MegaWhoppingCosmicBookwyrm Lol, your red velvet comment brought back a childhood memory. My best friend growing up had a mom who LOVED to bake and sold her treats. Any that didn‘t meet criteria, she gave to us. One day three of us kids got a whole red velvet cake EACH and we proceeded to run out to the back acre of land and stuff ourselves silly. It was an insanely hot day. I‘ve never been so sick off of sweets in my life. Needless to say, red velvet isn‘t my fav either. 🤣 4y
