@Clwojick - this is a super tough question & so I had to add a sixth, but here‘s what I‘d say today (in no particular order):

1. Hitchhiker‘s Guide To The Galaxy by Douglas Adams
2. The Belgariad series by David Eddings
3. The Complete Sherlock Holmes by Conan Arthur Doyle
4. Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss
5. A Prayer For Owen Meany by John Irving
6. Pride & Prejudice by Jane Austen

Clwojick I love that you said today... cause I‘m pretty sure that my top 5 changes on a weekly basis. Lol. 😂 6y
mreads The Belgariad ❤👍 love 6y
wanderinglynn @Clwojick Yep, they do change on any given day. 😂 6y

Scochrane26 Is this top 5 of all time or just this year? 6y
wanderinglynn @Scochrane26 Just today. 😂 But this is more of an all-time list, as most of these I have long loved. 6y
Dragon I‘ve got my towel! Great choices 👍😀🤞 6y
wanderinglynn @Sharpeipup Ooh, I hope you enjoy it! 👍🏻 6y
wanderinglynn @Dragon Thanks! 👍🏻 6y

Hey ya‘ll,
I‘m planning a trip to the thrift store and Chapters tomorrow. I love spending the day reading the backs of books, and sipping on delicious coffee.

So anyways, I‘m looking for suggestions and was wondering what everyone‘s current top 5 books are?

Mine current top 5 are as follows:
📚You - Caroline Kepnes
📖Still Alice - Lisa Genova
📚Come Away With Me - Karma Brown
📖Burned - Ellen Hopkins
📚Still Life - Joy Fielding

#top5

Elizabeth2 Hmmm, my top 5 would be (in no particular order): A Man Called Ove, Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine, Orphan Train, The Book Thief and Me Before You. 6y
Elizabeth2 Still Alice was an excellent book! 6y
Clwojick @Elizabeth2 I loved Ove, and Me Before You. I have had The Book Thief for FOREVER, and somehow have still not read it. 6y
Elizabeth2 @Clwojick oh, The Book Thief is so very good! IMO, it is an example of how the written word is an art form. There is a sentence that is just one word that is so powerful. I think it is the only book in which I have a favorite chapter. I have never re-read it, but I should! 6y

MatchlessMarie @Libby1 Awesome! I joined a book club group on fb for theological misfits deconstructing their theology and it was recommended. Lately when I try to find books like this at the bookstore I just think to myself where‘s the apostate section? 😆 7y
