Pretty good. It didn't feel very original, but maybe everyone else was copying this manga. There are a few really nice lines, too.

They talk about survival of the fittest. But we‘re not animals. We‘re human.

AshleyHoss820 One of my absolute FAVORITE mangas!! 2y
Purrsistently @AshleyHoss820 ❤️ I hadn‘t heard anyone talk about it in a long time and thought it could use some love. 2y
AshleyHoss820 @Purrsistently Definitely! It deserves it! 2y

rhea_reads11 Excuse me.. Darwin had said this not about animals but about species. And we r Homo sapiens. And yeah we should be strong because this is as I call it 'neo- Victorian age'. You see, the same pictures of industrialization, increasing technology n women fighting for their empowerment.. 2y
Purrsistently That‘s nice. 🙃 My ambitions don‘t include becoming an apex predator, and I appreciate those who would rather help us all progress together than cull the “competition.” 2y

I somehow missed this when I was young, and it was really cute! I don't know if I'll ever read manga regularly, but it's been a nice change of pace.

GondorGirl @blkzero1 keeps trying to get me to read this series. As another reader who doesn't usually do manga, I appreciate your review. 2y

Good morning! ☀️ I received a couple of recommendations for manga and I decided to go with these two! I'm so excited to dive into these stories! What's your favorite manga and what is it about?

EchoLogical I haven't read any 😔 I keep saying that I'm going to but the format distracts me from the story! 3y
kathedron I've not read any but my daughter raves about these. 3y
moranadatter Fruits Basket is wonderful! My favorite is xxxHolic by Clamp. The plot is difficult to describe, but it's a coming of age story set in a world with witches and ghosts and other creatures from folklore. 3y

Sace @River_Voice Yassss! It's so good and funny! 3y
Sace @EchoLogical Try Master Keaton. The format really works for the stories. 3y
Sace @moranadatter have you read Card Captor Sakura and Tsubasa? They are also tie ins. 3y

I absolutely love this series! It's the first manga I bought and started collecting 12 years ago. I still reread it at least twice a year ♡ The originals are a bit battered and have been through three moves so far but I won't give them up.

A cute and compelling manga series. The characters are memorable and the story is one suitable for all ages. The way the characters gradually age is beautiful. I would recommend this to any shoujo fans
