“Take care of that, Felix,” Jane said indifferently, nodding at me. “I want to go home.”
“Don‘t watch,” the redheaded mind reader whispered.
I closed my eyes.

Newly turned vampire Bree Tanner lives in terror — and must find her way out of untold danger — in this pulse-pounding novella, a companion to Eclipse. Bree Tanner, a self-described “vampire nerd” first introduced in Eclipse, lives in terror in a coven of newborn vampires.

I did enjoy this novella. I understand why it was removed from Eclipse, but it would have made Eclipse a little bit better. I love the character of Bree. I rated this book a 4 out of 5 stars.

This book was a great quick read. It amazes me that I read this book so many times when I was younger and yet now I feel like I‘m discovering new things about it, that I didn‘t notice a decade ago. I‘m so glad I got a chance to reread this book. I strongly recommend reading it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quite enjoyable quick read. Bree was an interesting character, so it's a pity things didn't go differently for her.

I‘ve read the Twilight series too many times to count and funnily enough I never read this one.
I guess timing is everything. Tbh there‘s never been a book that made me cry or even bring me close to tears. This one broke that streak. I knew what was going to happen yet I closed the book still mourning over Bree. I wish she had more to her story. She deserved better🥺😢
Reading this again.

Rating: 5/5

i.besteph ALL BREE KNOWS IS THAT LIVING WITH HER fellow newborns has few certainties and even fewer rules: watch your back, don't draw attention to yourself, and above all, make it home by sunrise or die. What she doesn't know: her time as an immortal is quickly running out. 4y

I thoroughly enjoyed the writing style and story of this book. Of all the Twilight Saga books this one is my favorite. I think that Meyer writes an intriguing short story that keeps the reader invested.

I felt sad and hopeful for Bree throughout the story. And heartbroken at the ending even though I knew how it would go.

I really enjoyed this short story - took me back to a world of YA I haven't read in ages and that the last couple of movies really ruined for me.

This!!!! I wish the series was more like this!!! It was very interesting to read a story from the perspective of a newborn vampire and to see through the eyes of someone besides Bella. Someone who did not know of the vampire world until she was already part of it. Even though we all know how this story will end, I couldn't help but root for Bree until the bitter end. Next up, Breaking Dawn!

Easytiger I loved this story the most!!! I really did 7y

I thoroughly enjoyed this novella. It was nice reading the backstory of poor doomed little Bree. All along you wish things could have turned out differently for her. It was interesting to see the way Riley manipulated the newborns, and the way Victoria manipulated Riley. The Volturi is disturbing, as always. Recommended for fans of Twilight! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️#Twilight

A quick and easy read, this book is a short spinoff from the 'Twilight' series, specifically the third edition, 'Eclipse'. Telling the story from a new perspective, it gives a wonderful and exciting insight into the multi faceted and diverse nature of a story, when viewed through a different characters eyes.

It is a short easy read, but I will warn you about this book, it will break your heart💔. Bree Tanner has been turn into a vampire by Victoria, to be used in Victoria's army. The new borns are wild with thrist, and out of control in Seattle. Bree Tanner is is the only newborn with questions and knows Reiley is lying. The volturi are also behind the scenes. Aro is jealous and afriad of the Cullens' powers and numbers.
