Little Women (Revised) | 
#hashtagbrigade our June and July book is Little Women! We will be reading a chapter a day. Be sure and let me know if you‘ll be joining me. I will tag everyone in the master list. I have two copies. The one on the left is massive, my great grandmother gave it to my sister who gave it to me. It‘s about 40 years old! Remember that I post daily and my hashtags are often ridiculous and always chapter spoilers! Read the chapter before the post!
Thrifted today! How could I leave it there, it was the first “big book” mom and I read together.
pickThis took me almost a month and a half to read, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. I was never bored of it and I loved all the characters, the sisters were especially adorable. It wasn‘t my favorite classic, yet it was still a very good read. It‘s a wonderful coming-of-age novel that I believe most young people should read. The morals and themes were well-written and the lessons were great reminders of how to live, love, and act.

Maybe someone already answered this, but Good Wives was originally published as the second part of Little Women. In the US, most current versions of Little Women contain Part One (23 chapters) and Part Two (24 chapters) within one book. (Edited - Oh, I just saw someone did answer this already. 👍) (edited) 6mo
