Although I‘m not super into YA books anymore, this one pulled at my heartstrings and had me tearing up a few times. The writing was a little juvenile for me, but again I‘m not the intended audience so I didn‘t let that alter my rating. Overall 4/5 but probably won‘t be rushing to read more YA romance. This was number 24 for #Roll100 and one of my #BookSpin reads!
This book fell flat. You learn how matts death affected people but never learn who these characters are.
This book fits the prompt but it is the WORST and you should avoid it. I can‘t remember who recommended it to me but I‘m never listening to her again. 😂 #alltheyoungdudes #marchintothe70s
Just finished this up and it was pretty solid. Not what I‘d call spectacular but entertaining enough, that I finished it within two days.
It‘s ok so far. I feel this will be another book I fly right through. 96/290 pages so far.
Have you guys read this yet?! Also what's your favorite part of summer?!

Read this a long time ago. Pretty sure I was supposed to hate it. Pretty sure I didn't! 🤣 Oh well, the rules of #summerreads are different! #riotgrams
Plus, loved this quote!
“Weeping is not the same thing as crying. It takes your whole body to weep, and when it's over, you feel like you don't have any bones left to hold you up.”
Two friends look for romance on a summer trip in this YA contemporary book. Despite mixed reviews, I'm definitely interested to see what happens. #TBR #LyricalApril #Holiday
I really loved The Summer of Chasing Mermaids, but after reading this one and having really struggled through a couple of chapters of another, I don't think I'm going to pick up another Sarah Ockler. 😕
The characters in this one were annoying and the plot wasn't the most solid thing in the world. I love her writing, but it was just not fun to read.
what!!!!!!
Why is it so hard to read books when there's a deadline attached?? I really should be reading Passenger so I can take it back to the library on time, but I keep getting pulled toward lighter books.
Also, I can't request any more books at the library (including the next in the raven cycle!) until I pick up the ones I have waiting for me, but my library is a polling place so I've been avoiding the people with their brochures since I voted!
