Because our back room, which used to be a back porch, is a little funky in doorway/window placement, it's kind of turned into a glorified hallway. Husband and I really wanted it to be a place where we actually hang out, so yesterday we went to our awesome used furniture store in town and immediately found exactly what we wanted - a round chair that could be in a corner-ish space, and a bench (this one actually is a futon and folds flat!) that is ⬇

TheAromaofBooks (cont'd) comfy but doesn't block the windows (this room is all windows/door along the south and west walls). I think we'll still be able to fit a small table/chairs in the other half of the room for games & puzzles. Current configuration, view out the window, and then my view if I face away from the windows - husband built these shelves four moves ago and I refused to abandon them!! 😂 Final picture - the furniture guy did NOT think my fabulous ⬇ 2y
