pickI love this book. This is the first of the Pendergast novels. A monster goes crazy and starts killing people in a museum. The monster's reveal at the end is one of the best.
Also I've dnfed about 5 books this month and needed a palette cleanser. This book worked perfectly 💚

pickIt was nice to catch back up with my favorite ka-tet. To pass the time while stuck in a storm, Roland tells the story of how he and Jamie were sent to deal with a skin-man when he was younger. And then his younger self tells the story of Tim and his journey.
I had the audiobook which King narrates himself. I highly recommend that anytime King narrates one of his own books that you pick that version 💚
