The author is definitely a true believer, someone with an unshakeable belief in the existence of Bigfoot/Sasquatch/Yeti. I found most of the book interesting, but at times it delved off subject talking of ghosts, UFOs, extra-dimensional travelers, time travelers, parallel universes, moth-men and skin walkers. 3 👣👣👣

I have been doing grounding meditations for a while now, but it was quite fortuitous that the book I am currently reading reminded me to, especially on a day like today.

I was feeling quite nauseous after listening to more of Kavanaugh‘s hearing than I planned, and meditating really helped a bit to clear my mind of all of the negative energy and bad memories. #metoo #believesurvivors
