How is everyone today? I‘ve felt like a caged animal today! Very restless, hard to concentrate and internet been very intermittent and crashing all day today. So all in all a very frustrating day.
We‘ve stopped at North Berwick on the East Coast as we head up to Edinburgh. Lovely beach, sea views and old volcanoes like North Berwick Law. Tomorrow we stop at Edinburgh. This weekend missed being able to go and see the sea for real!

You probably could do with a good night‘s sleep—it did wonders for me yesterday! I‘ve not watched any news now in over 24 hours...I‘m hoping things haven‘t gotten too much worse...I suppose I need to check in with CNN and see where we are, alas.... CocoReads Sorry you‘re having a frustrating time! Today has been ok for me. Hubs went and got groceries and we sanitized them. I‘ve read a bit, and am not attending a virtual baby shower via zoom. Welcome news from my brother in law-starting tomorrow we get issued daily masks when we arrive. 4y
TheBookHippie I‘m with you ..I miss the ocean so much I‘m usually there now. I had a good cry Friday night I miss my students so much. Today I‘m grateful for a good mate, hot breakfast and books. I love these pictures just beautiful. Our numbers doubling daily still ... 4y

IamIamIam Gorgeous coastline!! Scotland will be there for you when this is all over and thankful for the tourism, I'm sure! I just got back from Target and what a strange experience. I had to wait on line because they're now limiting the number of people in the store. But the weather's gorgeous so the kids have been blowing off steam all afternoon. We've got Wrestlemania part 2 tonight too! 4y

BookishMarginalia Hanging in there. It‘s hard not to worry about the future and just staying in this moment, where right now I‘m okay and we have jobs and provisions and power and water and internet access and health. Been sleeping badly, waking up every couple of hours with 🦠 nightmares. And my attention is scattered, so it mostly goes towards work (I‘m a teacher about to start 3rd wk of distance learning). I haven‘t even Litsyed lately! 😱 4y

Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick This looks like a beautiful place to spend a day! Today is OK. The weather is nice so we took the dog on a long walk & ran to the pet shop to get him more food. I've avoided the news today. In a couple hours, I'll be watching Wrestlemania night 2, like @IamIamIam so that's fun! Tomorrow I work - to find business that keeps me employed and hopefully speeds up the return of furloughed colleagues. 4y

DieAReader Having a decent day compared with recent ones. Have spent a lot of time out in the backyard listening to 🎶 with my Kevin. My mom has been baking & cooking up a storm today. She sent over a dish of homemade chocolate chunk muffins & a dish of strawberry rhubarb crumble 🤤 She said dad would bring over some baked beans (her mom‘s recipe) & pork loin after supper. Shows that even she misses Sunday supper at her house! 🥰💖 4y

tracey38 I did a little cleaning today and some laundry, in between reading. My mind is having a hard time focusing on any one thing. I am now getting anxious because it's Sunday evening and I have to go to work tomorrow. Yesterday was my youngest niece's 2nd birthday and it hurt I couldn't see her. I talked to her on the phone, though she hasn't quite grasped talking on the phone yet. But I also got to talk to my niece who is 5, and my sister. 4y

JacqMac Sorry today was frustrating for so many. I grew up on the ocean and now I live near the mountains, but the ocean is my happy place. I‘d love to be able to visit it. I went for groceries today. What normally takes an hour, took two and a half. And it‘s really creepy out there. I‘m all full of anxiety that I can‘t seem to turn off now. But we are set for another week or two. And they had both yeast and tp. Yeast has been hard to find. 4y

Our pastor posted a video on FB that I watched, then I stripped the bedclothes, and washed them, the rugs, the dogs bed, and put clean sheets back on bed, with the quilt on top that my mom made, it's very spring-like! 4y

Crazeedi @Andrew65 actually they are pretty good! English subtitles and I enjoy listening to the italian words too. They talk very fast! Yes I think it's done well, nothing high tech but beautiful scenery etc 4y
